Last night I received a call that let me know somethings will never change. There are some people in this world who for some reason take no responsibility for their own situation. How is it that everything that happens to them is some how someone else’s fault? I don’t get that line of thought. Certainly there are times when someone else’s decision has a negative affect on you or your plans, but all the time. I’m mean come on let’s be real. You are in control of you. You can’t blame the judge for issuing a warrant for your arresst when this is the third time that you have not shown up for court on a 2005 traffic ticket. And you can’t blame me for not appearing on your behalf. I don’t care that you had car trouble. I don’t care that you tried (and for the record I really believe that you did – this time) really hard to get here. The fact remains that you’ve had four years to address this issue. Grow up and take responsibility for your actions and inactions. You created the problem…you fix it!
